To all those ‘coaches’ out there selling you abdominal exercises or high repetition exercises to build your abdominals, take 5 minutes of your time to watch and listen to this. I’ve been implementing this principal for the past 2 months and have better set of abdominals then when I was with 3% body fat during competition.
